You must follow these steps in order to submit and officially register for the event as part of Team David. Please use Pomo Code DMMF15 (case sensitive) when you submit your registration. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED A SECOND TIME! Once you have completed the form and submitted your registration you will receive a second confirmation email directly from Events Online which will have your JME confirmation number that can be used to track your registration.
